Participants ranked after number 20 get 1 point.
Timers are ranked after participants (max. 10 points).
The best 10 results (mile, 10k and triathlon) in the year are rated.
10k: Points are given if at least 1 lap has been finished.
Triathlon: Points are given if at least one of the disciplines has been finished.
Triathlon: Team members always rank after the individuals.
In case of equal number of points, the better 10k time decides about the ranking.
