Rules: Points given for the top 20 for each Ladies and Men (except guests): 25-22-20-18-16-15-14-...-2-1.
Participants ranked after number 20 get 1 point.
Timers get 10 points.
The best 10 results (mile, 5k, 10k and triathlon) in the year are rated.
Points are given if the participant has done a significant part of the event.
Triathlon: Team members always rank after the individuals.
In case of equal number of points, the better 10k time decides about the ranking.
