The shivering timers Ursula (let's hope that she does not get a cold after this) and Adi saw a surprising high number of participants in this year's November 10k. Richard and Andrea improved their PRs, Ramachandran and Paul joined us for the first time, and ladies' 10k record holder Liz (40:04 !) took part again in a VICRunners event after a break of more than SEVEN years.
