Those who improve their last season's best 10k time are of course in the top group in a handicap run, so with their PRs Janine and Tom were today the impressive winners. Jackie's and Wolfgang's daughter Priska (age 13) ran an excellent time and is only ranked at the bottom due to the fact that she did not have a valid handicap - congratulations ! The club owes one or two Gl�hweins to the brave timers Graeme and Stefan (temperatures around 5 degrees).

This VICRunners Annual Run was dedicated to the memory of our dear friend Karl-Heinz CZOCK who passed away a few weeks ago. We missed our participation record from year 2000 by one particpant only. We even had Peter and Jaroslav come over from Canada for this event !
Autumn Mile (Mile No. 90)
Rene improved his PR by 23 seconds jumping to no. 4 in the VIC top 100 list. To make it into the top 100, men currently need a time of 6:06, ladies a time of 9:07.
Sep Time Trial (5k No. 15)
This September 5k Time Trial was the farewell run for Takehiko and Jorge. Takehiko has joined us in 18 VICRunners races, he will go back to Japan. Jorge has participated 56 times and is retiring now. All the best to both of them !

The VIC triathlon record is once more back with Beate, Alfred improved his own VR by 2 minutes. Michael improved his own PR from 9 years ago by 10 minutes and promises another PR for 2017.
